Ignite is B2B-ready. Its quick order list lets buyers add many variants at once, and there’s a bulk order template too. Quantity pricing is available on Shopify Plus.

Ignite handles large catalogs well. It has mega menus, predictive search, product filtering and sorting, swatch filters, infinite scroll and a quick filter section, so shoppers can narrow things down fast.

It can be, although there’s no fashion preset. Size charts, color swatches, lookbooks and image hotspots are all built in, so most catalogs work well on it.

That depends on your store, but Ignite was built to reduce them. Product compare, countdown timers, flash sales, free shipping bars, popups, back-in-stock alerts and much more are already in the theme.

Yes. Pick the preset closest to the look you want, then change its colors, fonts and sections. Presets are a head start, not a limit.

Yes. Updates are included with your license, and you install them from the Online Store section of your Shopify admin. Read the update guide.

No. A license from the Shopify Theme Store is exclusive to the store it was bought for. Under Shopify’s terms, themes without a proper license don’t qualify for support or updates. Read Shopify’s theme terms.

Yes. Your products, collections and pages stay in Shopify, so you can set up Ignite alongside your current theme and publish when it’s ready. Theme-specific settings and code changes don’t carry over.

We’re based in the UK, in London. On the Shopify Theme Store you’ll find us as Benchmark Themes.

No. Our support is email only, which means there’s a written record and the right person can look properly at your issue.

We don’t, but we’ll try our best. If you can get in touch in English where possible, we’d appreciate it.

No. We help with the theme and its settings, and with bugs in an unmodified copy of it. For custom work, we’d suggest hiring a Shopify developer.

Please contact the app’s developer first, as they know their code best. We can’t guarantee that every third-party app will work with the theme. Apps often leave code behind in your theme after they’re removed, which can cause problems later, so always back up your theme before installing one.

Shopify handles this in the Online Store section of your admin. If an update is available, you’ll see a notification below the “Last saved” date of the theme. Your theme settings come across, and so do code changes where possible, although Shopify controls that part. Read the update guide.
