What is Ignite?
Ignite is a premium Shopify theme made by The Benchmark Agency, sold on the Shopify Theme Store under the name Benchmark Themes. It has five presets and more than 50 sections.
How much does Ignite cost?
Ignite costs $380 USD on the Shopify Theme Store. You can try it on your store for free before you buy.
Which types of store is Ignite good for?
Ignite suits most catalogs. Its presets are tuned for tech and electronics (Ignite), car parts and fitment (Alpha), health and wellness (Peak), toys and games (Playtime), and pet supplies (Tails).
Can I use my theme on more than one store?
No. A license from the Shopify Theme Store is exclusive to the store it was bought for. Under Shopify’s terms, themes without a proper license don’t qualify for support or updates.
What support do you offer?
Support is 100% email based, and we aim to reply within 2 working days. Our working hours are 9am – 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. We help with the theme and its settings, and with bugs in an unmodified copy of it.
How do I update my theme?
Shopify handles this in the Online Store section of your admin. If an update is available, you’ll see a notification below the “Last saved” date of the theme. Read the update guide.
