Can I use my theme on more than one store?
Do you provide support in languages other than English?
We don’t, but we’ll try our best. If you could get in touch in English where possible, we’d appreciate it.
How do I update my theme?
Shopify provide a facility to update your theme in the ‘Online Store’ section of your admin area. If an update is available, you’ll see a notification below the ‘Last saved’ date of the theme.
Updating the theme should bring across all the theme settings, including code customizations where possible – although we can’t always be certain on this. This is controlled by Shopify.
Can you help with an App issue?
Given the vast array and complexity of third-party apps accessible, it’s challenging to guarantee that every app will work seamlessly with our themes. For issues related to app functionality, please reach out directly to the app developer, as they are best equipped to understand and address problems related to their specific code.
Additionally, caution is advised when integrating new apps into your store. Always take a backup of your theme first. It’s common for apps to leave behind code snippets in your theme even after they are removed, which might lead to issues with future app interactions.
